I was talking to one of my students and she commented on how March has no holidays for us, but with that she decided to change her habits and take healthy decisions.
Between those decisions I told her that hit the sack is a great decision since she wakes up early everyday to work.

It is an expression that refers originally to sport, BUT ACTUALLY means something very different
