IDIOMS AND MEANINGS:
* Back on track: returning to a previous point.
* Gaps: there are different meanings, but they ALL connect to the idea of hiatus and lack of something
* Some things came up: the ultimate form of saying “tive um imprevisto” in General English
* Catch up: to follow in the same level as someone or something else after falling behind

* I left the gym two months ago, but now I’m back on track

* I’m sorry I couldn’t be at your bday celebration, some things came up
